Jacob Rosnick is the founding attorney of Rosnick Law, where he represents individuals across West Virginia in criminal defense, family law, and personal injury matters. Whether defending against serious felony charges, advocating in high-conflict custody cases, or pursuing justice for the injured, Jacob is known for his strategic thinking, courtroom confidence, and client-first approach.

A lifelong West Virginian, Jacob brings deep local roots and a strong sense of community to his legal practice. He earned his Finance degree from West Virginia University in 2021 and his Juris Doctor from WVU College of Law in 2024. While in law school, he competed in multiple trial advocacy competitions and served in the Veterans Law Advocacy Clinic, where he gained valuable courtroom experience and helped veterans secure disability benefits.

Jacob launched his legal career at a respected firm, quickly building a reputation for effective advocacy, meticulous preparation, and strong client relationships. His success and consistent positive client feedback laid the groundwork for founding Rosnick Law—an independent firm committed to accessible, results-driven legal representation.

Outside of the courtroom, Jacob is actively involved in his community. He coaches youth baseball, mentors young athletes, and trains in Muay Thai. He also values time with his family and friends—an anchor that keeps his work grounded in compassion and perspective.
