Alivia Rosnick

Alivia Rosnick is a lifelong West Virginian and a Juris Doctor recipient dedicated to serving individuals, children, and families across West Virginia. Once she is admitted to the West Virginia bar, her practice will focus on family law, domestic-violence proceedings, abuse and neglect, juvenile matters, and criminal defense.

Alivia earned her J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she served as a student attorney in the General Litigation Clinic, earning more than 500 hours of clinical experience across West Virginia. Her clinical work focused on family law matters, civil litigation, domestic-violence proceedings, and a domestic-relations appeal to the Intermediate Court of Appeals of West Virginia. Throughout law school, she interned at Legal Aid of West Virginia and at the Monongalia County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in the Abuse and Neglect division. All of this experience has strengthened her competency, advocacy, and compassion for West Virginians.

Prior to entering the legal field, Alivia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from West Virginia University, with a research focus on violence against women. Outside of the legal world, she enjoys reading, indoor cycling classes, and spending time with her mini-poodle.
